Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before booking your stay at Mulberry Inn Resort. By confirming a reservation with us, you agree to the policies outlined below.

01. Reservations & Check-In

A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance payment or deposit.
Room rates are subject to change without prior notice, except for bookings already confirmed.

02. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the advance amount.
Cancellations made within 3–6 days of check-in are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or for no-shows.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

03. Room Services & Amenities

Mulberry Inn Resort offers comfortable room stays; please note that dedicated restaurant, banquet, spa, and gym facilities are not available on the property.
Limited in-room services such as housekeeping, fresh linen, and basic amenities are provided as part of your stay.
Any additional service requests are subject to availability and may be chargeable separately.
Guests are encouraged to confirm the availability of specific services with the front desk prior to booking.

04. Guest Conduct & Property Rules

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the privacy and comfort of other guests on the property.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking inside rooms may attract a cleaning penalty.
Outside food, alcohol, and pets are subject to prior approval from resort management.
The resort reserves the right to deny check-in or request check-out for any guest violating property rules or engaging in disruptive behaviour.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay and will be liable for repair or replacement costs.

05. Liability

Mulberry Inn Resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the guest's stay.
The resort is not liable for delays, inconvenience, or losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, power outages, or local disruptions.

06. Changes to These Terms

Mulberry Inn Resort reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Guests are advised to review this section periodically.
